GMC app does not communicate with dealership system so my appointment did not show in the system. My truck was cleaner before I left the dealership. There was oil on the steering wheel, shifter, armrest a appointment did not show in the system. My truck was cleaner before I left the dealership. There was oil on the steering wheel, shifter, armrest and truck was not dried so rain spots, dirt and oil on paint. Disappointed on the lack of attention and care not shown. More

First, I came in for the 7500 mile service. Everything was great until I got my car back. Y’all tout a courtesy spot free car wash but when you returned my car to me, it was still wet and dir Everything was great until I got my car back. Y’all tout a courtesy spot free car wash but when you returned my car to me, it was still wet and dirty with spots all over it. I had just washed my car the day before so it wasn’t filthy. I had to wash my car AGAIN today it was so bad. I know y’all can do better. Second, I didn’t get the opportunity to ask some questions I had until I was leaving. Nothing got answered or resolved. I took my vehicle in for an inspection , oil change and tire rotation the week before going on vacation. My car had been making a whining noise and I figured it would be checked by the mechanics because th tire rotation the week before going on vacation. My car had been making a whining noise and I figured it would be checked by the mechanics because the inspection included inspecting the belts. Now on vacation the noise is terribly loud so I took it to a mechanic and he said the belt is worn out and possibly the altenator is going bad. So much for doing an inspection, did you even change my oil or rotate my tires? More
