Went in for routine service, I had an appointment but it took 3 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor was incredibly rude and unfriendly and acted like I was a bothering him took 3 hours to complete an oil change and tire rotation. Problem was fully identified and elavetd to GMC to make them aware of reprogramming the compputer in the truck. No engine light has reoccured. Truck is running better and I am seeeing noticeable fuel milea them aware of reprogramming the compputer in the truck. No engine light has reoccured.
