Please disregard my earlier rating, I was irritated that troubles I've had since day #1 of ownership still haven't been corrected. Because the issues I'm having with the truck's' transmission are intermitt troubles I've had since day #1 of ownership still haven't been corrected. Because the issues I'm having with the truck's' transmission are intermittent, I can't fault the mechanic if the problem doesn't occur while being worked. I've now driven three trucks, same make, same year, same engine and transmission. Only mine jumps when shifting from Park to Drive or lags during gentle acceleration. I'm in the process of looking for a replacement truck. More

Didn"t have a wheel key and the service team did everything necessary to make sure that my upcoming vacation would not be spoiled over a flat tire and inability to fix it. Oil change took in excess of 1. 5 hours to complete. They did a quick wash also on vehicle and wiped it off with a dirt rag or just missed a lot of area.
