Took my David Scott GMC in to fix seat warmer issue. It took two days to tell me they could not fix the problem, problem remains unresolved. Just returned form a trip to Wyoming, 20 degree WX with sno It took two days to tell me they could not fix the problem, problem remains unresolved. Graham Nelson couldn't be bothered verify that a part that hadn't come in was actually ordered while I was at the dealership. He said he would call and let me know but never did. My truck has been in for that hadn't come in was actually ordered while I was at the dealership. He said he would call and let me know but never did. My truck has been in for same issue several times but instead of trouble shooting they "update the ECM" and erase the code. Makes me wonder if they are pushing off the problem until warranty expires. The service technician wouldn’t return any calls. Tried 3 times to get estimate on time to finish on vehicle service. No response. Even the service manager was unable to give estimate. Finally went Tried 3 times to get estimate on time to finish on vehicle service. No response. Even the service manager was unable to give estimate. Finally went to dealership, only person we were talk to was our salesman; he sought out the problem and quickly responded to our request. Thanks Michael. Wish I could return the vehicle and look somewhere else. I guess for a 60k vehicle you can’t expect much. More
