This dealership has been going downhill. I have had issues three of the last four times I had maintenance completed here. I used to really trust this dealership but I cringe everything they I have had issues three of the last four times I had maintenance completed here. I used to really trust this dealership but I cringe everything they have my truck. The issues I've had: during a service they left the cabin air filter and cover in the floor board and my glove box left hanging open by the hinge. During the same visit I was charged for DEF that I didn't want. They ultimately made this right by refunding me the DEF. During another visit I had a routine service and they didn't get the oil filter tight. I bought this when I got home and took it back. They said they didn't have anyone available to top off my oil. I demanded it get corrected and finally they did make it right. Most recently they replaced a coolant bypass valve under warranty and three days later I got another check engine light. They kept it four days just to tell me it had air in the cooling system. There wad coolant spilled in the engine bay that was not cleaned up. I had to ask them to make that right and they cleaned it up. I want to continue to use them for my future services but I am worried I will just get bad service. More

The only thing I was unhappy with was they said nothing was wrong with my Key Fob and an hour later I had to use my Key the auto unlock wouldn't work .
