I went in for warranty-covered service (oil change and rotation) and they also washed the car and provided a multi-point inspection detailing what service needs were upcoming which was great. My truck was in the shop a couple weeks, one week waiting for wire harness parts. The problem was rodent damage to the wires which disabled the wheel well lights and the window washer pump. When I picked the truck up no one really went over with me what was done and there were two 4" by 8" glue traps sitting on the motor under the hood. I am glad I opened the hood prior to departing the dealership. The vehicle was very dirty from sitting out in the lot I guess waiting for service. One of the wheel well lights is not functioning, the one on the driver side. The washer pump works. Everyone was in a big meeting the morning I picked up my truck. Maybe it was a bad time to be there. More
