Scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 10 in the morning, waited 4 hours for an oil change with no explanation. My truck went for a few minor warranty issues. They did a complete svc on it while it was there. They also brought a vehicle to Ft Walton from Crestview for me to drive while they fixed it then br They did a complete svc on it while it was there.
