David Scott Lee Buick GMC is now operated by 4th generation family member David Scott Lee, Jr. We look forward to continuing to serve the Crestview and surrounding areas with respect and honesty.
We are centrally located North of Fort Walton Beach and Destin, East of Pensacola and Milton, just a few miles south Florala and Andalusia, Alabama, and just West of Defuniak Springs, Dothan, and Panama City. I've bought 5 or 6 trucks from this dealership in the past few years and the service department is really easy to work with. Jeremy Cadle and the other guys in the service department are true professiona past few years and the service department is really easy to work with. Jeremy Cadle and the other guys in the service department are true professionals and provide great customer service. The sales department is good also and they will go out of their way to find the vehicle you want, especially in difficult times like we have had the last two years. Wayne M, Dale H, Alvin and Jeremy are the reasons I continue to do business with Lee GMC. Great guys More

Both Jeremy Cadle and Wayne McCraine were always friendly and professional. The car I purchased paperwork went smoothly. My disappointment was that even though I had an appointment to bring my Buick in to and professional. The car I purchased paperwork went smoothly. My disappointment was that even though I had an appointment to bring my Buick in to be checked I had to go home without my car because they didn’t have time to check it! Then it was a week before it was taken into the shop at which point they said it needed a new transmission which could take up to 3-6 weeks. I had to have a car so I purchased another car. They only offered me $1500 for a trade in! I took my old Buick to another garage and they had the new transmission installed in a week! More

I was a few minutes early for my service appointment. , arriving at 8:45 for a 9am appointment. My truck was taken in and things appeared to be going smoothly. After a 1 1/2 hour wait, I inquired about m , arriving at 8:45 for a 9am appointment. My truck was taken in and things appeared to be going smoothly. After a 1 1/2 hour wait, I inquired about my truck. I was then told that I was "next in line". Finally got done and left after 2 1/2 hours! Was told someone was out and they were having problems. Would have been really nice to have been told that up front. One of the managers walked by and asked me how things were going. After I told him what was going on, he went to check on things and brought me a $50 credit to use for my next service. That's the only reason I gave them 2 stars instead of one. As if that wasn't bad enough, I discovered while driving home that one of my tires was low on nitrogen so I'm guessing they were in such a hurry to get done with my truck that no one checked the tires. More
