Dear Anthony, My husband and I want to thank you for the excellent professional experience we enjoyed with you recently at the McDermott dealership. We are snowbirds and Lucille gave up her lease last the excellent professional experience we enjoyed with you recently at the McDermott dealership. We are snowbirds and Lucille gave up her lease last November, so we were in need for a car to buy this time. We had viewed car dealer lots and looked on line and decided to explore the Lexus nx350. We called from Florida and spoke with you about our needs and you informed us that you would have a car we would like that was being readied for June 1, our desired time frame. And, “spot on” you did deliver to us the best car that fit our needs perfectly. You really listened. We made a refundable deposit with you from afar and upon our return the lovely auto was there and ready for us to drive off with two days after our first meeting with you.
