After the sale(preowned) the vehicle needed a repair. It was the week before Christmas. I figured it would be delayed a few extra days. Weeks went by and I never heard from anyone. The purchase of my car on Saturday, Nov. 9, 2024, has been a nightmare. The entire day Saturday was wasted due to the contract being typed twice incorrectly. I had to come back Monday to pick up the car only to find out that they had to retype the contract again. Once the contract was typed i had to tell them they had the wrong loan amount on the contract...again. The new date on my contract is showing Nov. 11, 2024, due to their many errors. My contract was typed a total of four times due to typing the wrong vin number, entering the wrong dollar amount. As for as I am concerned, Customer Service does not exist when it comes to the sales department and/or finance department. I have been trying to obtain my license plate for the past several months. My next stop is the corporate office and/or an attorney. More

Immediately following my Aviator service visit in January, my tire pressure sensor fault began showing. The same thing happened in one of my previous visits for my truck. I discussed this with Richard making it clear that these faults occurred after my service and returned on 2/5 to check it out. While I was waiting at the dealer less than 10 yards from Richard’s office, I received an electronic message to approve sensor replacements for over $400. I discussed this with Richard expressing my disappointment in the electronic message (vs in person discussion) and the charge. He escalated it to the service manager who agreed to cover the cost once the related parts were received. I have not heard anything from the dealership since then! More

I’ve been a DMD lincoln customer for 23+ years, purchased 3 from them and all 4 that I’ve owned have been 100% serviced in their shop. I’ve always given 5 Star ratings because UNTIL THIS TIME, they’ve taken 3 from them and all 4 that I’ve owned have been 100% serviced in their shop. I’ve always given 5 Star ratings because UNTIL THIS TIME, they’ve taken care of me. My car went in for a funny whine and rough gear changes on Monday January 6. It wasn’t registered as in the shop until 2 days later, then it snowed and everything shut down until Monday January 13. Needed two cold starts to diagnose it was a transmission problem then took TWO WEEKS for warranty department to decide whether to repair or replace the transmission, then close to another week for parts to come in. By the time I got it back, I’d been without a car for a month and a day. Warranty only covered 10 days rental. I contacted customer service asking for consideration of extending rental or loaner and no response. Single woman, one car household in process of moving so this was beyond an inconvenience. If this were the first time they’d seen my car, I’d understand them not extending a courtesy rental but I’ve been a customer of this dealer for well over 20 years. To say I’m unhappy with the service I received on this visit is an understatement. I’ve trusted Lincoln up to now but this was a big letdown. I’ll be purchasing a new car within the next 12 months and this experience will influence my decision of where to go and what to buy. More
