John was incredible and so easy to deal with. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and quick to reply to any questions. My husband and I flew to Dallas and everything went flawlessly with the purchase. Since we were driving the vehicle back to Alaska, it was important to me the process went smoothly and John made it easy. Took my vehicle in for a tire sensor issue. They replaced the sensor, but issue still existeded. I was told they needed a new module.
