I just bought an 08 TSX from David McDavid in Austin. Noel Ferguson was very courteous and knowledgeable during the sales portion of the transaction. I agree with the previous poster about Brian Allen. He walked me through the delivery of the car and then assisted me in getting a few small touch ups fixed a couple of days later as it was very dark by the time I took possession of the vehicle. When I took the car in, Noel and Brian put me in a loaner for the day no questions asked. I haven't dealt with the service department yet, nor many other employees, but if the other employees are like Brian and Noel, I will definitely be coming back as they exemplify customer service.
