Went in ready to purchase a new TL and after extensive price reasearch new my target #. They would not even get within about $2.5k of this number and on top of that both both the salesman and GM played t price reasearch new my target #. They would not even get within about $2.5k of this number and on top of that both both the salesman and GM played those over the top cheesy sales tactics trying to pressure me to buy, telling me that they had an appointment to show the car I was interested in to a couple later that day an he couldnt guaranteee that it would still be ther if i thought it over, blah, blah, blah. They try and play for you a fool. I went to Sterling Acura next, told the salesman the price I wanted, and it was a done deal at the exact pricng I wanted (again, about $2500 less that McDavid). Funny thing is that the McDavid salesman called me a few days later to say that he could throw in free winow tining (wow!) if I would come back and buy the car (guess the couple didnt buy it after all, ha!). I told him I puchased from Sterling right after giving McDavid the first shot and he said 'fine' and hung up on me. Will never go there again. More
I went to McDavid Austin to just browse but I couldn't help but purchase a car due to my wonderful experience there. Roy made buying a car fun and easy! Which has not been typical of my past experiences. There was no pressure, no "game playing". He said "what can I do to earn your business? Upon arrival I was met by a very courteous and helpful individual that briefly reviewed with me the purpose of my visit. He walked me over to the service advisor who already had my work order printed up individual that briefly reviewed with me the purpose of my visit. I asked if there was any way to have the engine compartment cleaned as an additional service and he advised that it could only be done as a full auto detail. I indicated that I didn't want the full detail so just the scheduled service was fine. The work was done on time (1 hour + 15 minutes)and when I went to pick up the vehicle to drive away a service tech was wiping down the surface areas of the engine compartment which made everything look very nice and clean---a very pleasant surprise. I will continue to be a repeat customer and have no qualms about recommending the service department to anyone. More
I was having a recurring pairing issue with the Bluetooth feature in my TSX. Phillip greeted me immediately and said it would be about 90 minutes for the service. I seated myself at one of the work cubes a feature in my TSX. Phillip greeted me immediately and said it would be about 90 minutes for the service. I seated myself at one of the work cubes and began working via their WIFI connection. Phillip came back in 35 minutes and said the car was ready early. Their service department is extremely efficient, professional and courteous. I would recommend McDavid Acura highly. More

I took my MDX in for the 30K service and I was very happy with the service that I recieved. I was greated whenever I arrived on the service drive by my service advisor which was very nice. I was offered a loaner car when I arrived and was assisted in transferring some items that I needed to take to work with me from my vehicle to the loaner vehicle. My service advisor called me later that day to let me know that my vehicle was ready and exactly what they had done and the final charges. When I arrived at the dealership my vehicle was not only waiting for me when I pulled up it had been washed and vacuumed. I am very happy with the service I recieved from this dealership and thank them for treating me like a valued customer. More
