First I want to say thank you to Raj! I wrote a bad review after letting my frustration take the best of me. Raj was amazing in understanding my issue with my Acura RL and when above and beyond to help review after letting my frustration take the best of me. Raj was amazing in understanding my issue with my Acura RL and when above and beyond to help when most would just turn their heads and look the other way. He really understands what it means to provide excellent service to his customers. I was not planning on going back to this dealership, but Raj provided the trust you need with any vendor and made my experience personal. I am a long time Acura driver in which my parents and siblings still also drive to date (25yrs), you could say we are an Acura family. I high recommending going to work with Raj if you need anything for your Acura. Thanks Raj for everything, and I plan coming to you for everything that concerns my Acura or any of my family members Acuras. More

Roy has been exceptional in providing truly "above & beyond" customer satisfaction. He has been diligent & sincere in making the best effort to give us the right information on inventory, pricing & mi & beyond" customer satisfaction. He has been diligent & sincere in making the best effort to give us the right information on inventory, pricing & minimizing our time on paperwork by working as much possible "offline" (phone, email, text msgs). He was our sales Hero back in 2006 when we got our TL & that experience was the sole reason i didnt have any hesitation in calling him back & he continued to make it a very pleasurable journey of purchasing our new MDX. I have been a David McDavid customer for over 20 years and have never had an issue until Felix was brought on board. Felix is rude, condescending, argumentative, and all out unprofessional. I should have learned my lesson after my first time Felix was my service adviser but I guess I am a slow learner because I let him handle my service one more time. This time I HAVE learned my lesson and I am done with David McDavid. Any company that would hire Felix and allow him to work directly with customers does not care about their customers. To make a long story short, this guy will over charge you for parts and service and then treat you like the bad guy (yelling in front of other customers) if you question the actual cost. Raj is no better and totally lacks the skills needed to be in a managers position. As long as Felix AND Raj are at David McDavid I will not be a customer. More
I brought my 2010 TL this week for regular service and left with a 2012 MDX sitting in the showroom! I met Roy as I walked into the new car showroom waiting for my car to be serviced. He was attentive, no pressure, and talked me through a couple vehicles I was looking at. I originally had my eyes set on the ZDX. It's a great looking car, but ended up picking full loaded MDX on their showroom floor. After we agreed on price, Rebekah (finance) walked me through the closing process very efficiently and I was out the door in no time with the new car. As promised, Thomas (service) called me a couple days later regarding the few accessories I had ordered. He was super nice as with the rest of the service staff. This is my third car with the dealership and they've earned my repeat business even though I have an Acura dealership that just down the street from where I live! More

I was looking at Toyota Highlanders, Kia Sorentos, and Acura RDX's, a somewhat eclectic mix of cars, and I noticed I kept comparing to the Acura MDX, after a frustrating day looking in San Antonio, I drov Acura RDX's, a somewhat eclectic mix of cars, and I noticed I kept comparing to the Acura MDX, after a frustrating day looking in San Antonio, I drove to Austin on a busy Memorial Day to David McDavid Acura. I got to the dealership and met up with Roy Martinez. Roy was by far the most knowledgeable sales professional I worked with on my car search. Roy took the time to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle, and worked more to make sure I was getting the right car for me. He completely explained the MDX features I was most interested in, and the Acura MDX worked best for me. Hammering out a deal was straight forward, honest and low pressure, it was actually pleasant. Roy is the man to talk to for me! He even worked with me to allow me to keep my current car safe until I could return to pick it up. Once I picked the color (a beautiful Bali Blue Pearl that I love) they began my paperwork. Rebekah Houston was wonderful to work with on the financing, a 3 year lease. She explained all the details and options, again in a very low pressure way. No last minute glitches and concern like I was used to, dealing with the finance departments at other dealers. A special shout out to Kim Thomas in Internet Sales for working with me before I arrived. Also a special shout out to Patrick Locke, who also stayed late on Memorial Day to make sure my car was ready for the drive home that might. More
My family stopped in to review the new RDX. Tony was such a great guy! Very smart and really listened to out needs. Tony was very up to speed on what options where avaiable. It was 8 days before the car was ready, one more time with feeling EIGHT DAYS!!!! I understand that the car was a lease return and it needed to be "certified", however, that cannot possibly take 8 days. When I went down to pick up my new-used car nobody even showed me how the car worked, my salesman was too busy with another customer to walk me through how the car worked. Once I pulled the car out into the light I saw that the scratches were still visible and such a xxxx poor job of covering them was apparent, the center console cup holder was busted and the brakes were metal on metal. For a vehicle to have gone through the certification process, these types of issues should have not been missed. Still to this day I have no certification paperwork, and now my right front speaker is blown. I ended up taking the car back 3x times in the three weeks I have owned the car, and now with the speaker problem I will have to take it in again. When I talked with the finance director about the warranty I was adamant that I wanted an Acura warranty, and somehow I ended up with some third party company I had never heard of. After fighting for several days to get it cancelled I eventually had to drop off the cancellation forms because I can’t trust this dealership to do anything right, let alone cancel a warranty. I even tried to cancel it myself and this fly-by-night company told me I had to have the dealership cancel it for me, what kind of crap is that??? These people are crooks, rude and indifferent to customer needs. DO NOT BUY HERE, DRIVE DOWN SOUTH AND BUY FROM STERLING!!!! After all this when I simply asked to be conferenced into a call with the fly-by-night warranty company to cancel the finance director said to me “I don’t have time to do that, I have a full time job and you are not my only customer”…. Anybody that treats someone like that after the BS I have gone through with them should not be working in customer service. They did offer to “try” and swap out the warranty in place of an actual AcuraCare warranty but they never did get back to me on that and I was tired of waiting. Plus I can’t trust these people as far as I can throw them, so ended up buying my warranty through Sterling Acura. Acura is a name of quality and luxury, not the kind of service you expect at a pot-lot. Oh and my sales guys lied to me about the kind of gas the car uses, I guess maybe he thought I wouldn’t find out it takes premium. More
I called this dealer because it is the closest one from where i live. The Service Drive Manager Michelle answered my phone call and told me they were all booked up but she some how made a space in the sche where i live. The Service Drive Manager Michelle answered my phone call and told me they were all booked up but she some how made a space in the schedule to take care of me to fix the problem with my car. when i arrived to the dealership it was red carpet treatment all the way. Michelle took care of me in a very professional and friendly way and the time i waited for my car was not long at all. The job they did to fix the radio was supper professional. And because I am in the military Michelle gave me a nice discount. Just for the quality of service and the attention to detail that this dealership has it is worth going. I most defiantly from now on will be going there for all my Acura car needs. More
