They are very good till the vehicle has been sold out of their shop. I bought a used Toyota Sienna. I was told the vehicle is given 30 day warranty. Within 20 days (less than 400 miles) I found 2 issues an their shop. I bought a used Toyota Sienna. I was told the vehicle is given 30 day warranty. Within 20 days (less than 400 miles) I found 2 issues and took the vehicle to their service centre. Here are the issues and both are pre-existing issues before the vehicle was bought. 1. The tire pressure light is always ON: when informed about the problem even before purchase I was told it was due to the weather conditions. They did not even bother to take a look. Now the light is ON all the time irrespective of the weather and I am told to go to Toyota service and get it fixed by them. 2. When the vehicle is driven at 70mph or more, there is a vibration. The service team said the Bearing is out and need to be fixed ASAP which will cost $447 to fix it. When asked about the 30 day warranty, I am told it is not covered. It is clear that this is something which cannot be caused within 400 miles. I am left to shell out money out of my pocket within 20 days of vehicle purchase. Great, friendly, and professional no pressure experience. I was weary from looking at cars and dealing with high pressure sales people all day. I was ready to wrap it up for the day but my husband talked m I was weary from looking at cars and dealing with high pressure sales people all day. I was ready to wrap it up for the day but my husband talked me into one last stop. So glad we stopped at David McDavid on the way home. Brandon quickly greeted us and we let him know we were looking for a wagon. He showed us the TSX Sport Wagon and we decided to take it for a test drive. It handled better than any car I drove all day. I was up front about the fact that I wasn't going to buy that day. There was absolutely no pressure. We agreed to follow up on Monday. Brandon called as promised. When we went back that evening ready to negotiate I was a little nervous that the great feeling I left with a couple of nights before would soon be forgotten. Not a chance. They worked with price and I walked away with a deal I was happy with. The finance office was great as well. I tend to find that one of the worst parts of the experience with lots of pressure to buy extended warranties. Not the case here. I would recommend David McDavid Acura to anyone. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. Ask for Brandon! More

From model discovery, pricing, negotiation and finally closing the transaction was at a professional level expected when purchasing a premium automobile. I was not 100% sold that I was going to get an Acura, so looked at Lexus and BMW. While the Lexus and BMW sales offices have nicer furniture, more elegant style; the sales staff was not too interested in my business. What I found with David McDavid was patience in waiting for me to make my decision. My sales person, David Perriton, provided me with the information I needed via email so I did not spend a lot of time sitting in the showroom. I am very happy buying a 2013 Acura TL and would recommend David Perriton to my friends and family. More

I have bought many vehicles in the past and I would like to say that working with David McDavid and their staff was the most pleasant experience EVER! My initial inquiry was with Emmy online...and she went to say that working with David McDavid and their staff was the most pleasant experience EVER! My initial inquiry was with Emmy online...and she went over and above her duties to help me since I live out of town and had lots of questions. When I visited the dealership personally, I was greeted with enthusiasm and directed to Roy Martinez whom would help me with the purchase of my vehicle. He also went over and above the normal salesmanship duties I've encountered at other places in the past and I will highly recommend him to anyone I know that's in the market to purchase a vehicle. I called my friend Jason at Acura to tell me if a car deal I was trying to work was worth it. He was very helpful and during the process, I ended up buying a car from him that he suggested. They were very reasonable, not at all pushy, and really hooked me up with the car of my dreams. I'd gladly do business with them again! My only thing for them to work on is their facilities. By comparison to just about any other dealer in Austin, their buildings need a big makeover. But don't judge a book by the cover. They know their stuff and will treat you right. More
Service manager raj told me he wouldnt get me in for over a week. I was on the side of the road with my 10 month old son with tires about to pop tread out. The GM clifton was no better. My tire issue was solely due to the alignment jobs they do. Ive done 3 by them in less than a year. Have had to.purchase 7 tires because of them. No reimbursment . Nobody takes any ownership. This place is so sad. I spent weeks trying to talk with a manager or acura client services. Nobody can do anything but the GM of these places. Client services or asbury still do not own or run the dealerships. Its sad. So.only the GMs can do anything which Clifton did nothing. More
