They understand that I am very particular about my car, and how it drives, and they are equally consistent in doing an excellent job. To add, they also go an extra mile, for their customers, by doing a few extra things on the car, like even detailing it inside out, when you come to pick it up. Quick Resourceful Assistance by Feliz Masaya Prior to coming in with my 2011 Acura TSX I made an appointment and described my problem with inability to connect my iPhone 6 Plus. Error message sa Prior to coming in with my 2011 Acura TSX I made an appointment and described my problem with inability to connect my iPhone 6 Plus. Error message saying no Bluetooth. I was told it could take an hour to repair. And this is a needed feature to be working while driving as it is the law in Texas to drive "hands free". Kudos to Felix Masaya who upon my arrival with a smile said let me see if I can get it working directly with your iPhone. He did and instead of an hour I was there for less than 15 min. Thank you. Much straighter with me than the "other Austin" Acura dealer We look, research and decide which vehicle we going to buy, I then do my shopping via the internet and don't twitch at dealing up to 400 miles away wh We look, research and decide which vehicle we going to buy, I then do my shopping via the internet and don't twitch at dealing up to 400 miles away when $$$$ motivation is there. I was pleased when David McDavid (local) was within $300-$350 of our best quote so far (Ft Worth --note:not a lot of slack on 2016 MDX right now). The "other" Austin Acura dealership was totally jacking me around and not interested in putting their best deal on the table. Oddly when the "other" continued calling/emailing learned of my intent to go with DM's offer then all of sudden they had a price $210 lower. I don't do business with folks who are not straight from the beginning (as the past is predictive of the future). So........ I finished my dealings with Brandon, super nice kid that knows his stuff, at David McDavid, drove Roxie's the MDX to her office and will be lucky to ever get to drive it again. Excellent experience all around! More
