Friendly team of service advisors who seem to work together in taking care of the customer. I've mentioned it before however the young gentleman who opens up and also takes care of the waiting room, together in taking care of the customer. I've mentioned it before however the young gentleman who opens up and also takes care of the waiting room, restocking of snacks, etc., is just super friendly, attentive, courteous, and efficient :) I was in and out quickly this time as well, that's very much appreciated! If anything, and I've mentioned it before thus I'm sure it's being worked on, the receptionist seems distracted, not customer service oriented (almost mechanical in nature) at least during my visits. Also, I know it's in the works, the facilities are tired and need of a complete refresh, I think that's coming, and looking forward to that! Again, ultimately it's about taking good care of my car, attentive, courteous, and efficient service from the service advisors and of course, the technicians - mechanics. They do that. Hoping this was the last recall for a while. Thx! More
Buyer Beware I am an out-of-state buyer who thought I'd purchased a Precision Certified 2020 Acura MDX w/ tech package from Acura of Austin North on Tuesday of this week after negotiating and agreeing on a purchased a Precision Certified 2020 Acura MDX w/ tech package from Acura of Austin North on Tuesday of this week after negotiating and agreeing on a cash price $1500 below asking and discussing all the details with the salesperson over the prior several days and wiring the full amount on Tuesday. I had also reviewed the paperwork with the finance manager on a call so he was fully aware that the deal was closed and the car was being sold to me. However, I received a text on Thursday from the salesperson with his apologies that they had instead sold the car to a "current client" who walked in on Tuesday and bought it from the "new car salesperson". They had already written me a check on Wednesday to reimburse the money I'd wired and it arrived by courier on Thursday, the day they texted to let me know the car was sold to someone else. I called the dealership several times from my cell but no one picked up so I called from a different phone with a different area code and then managed to speak with the used car manager who apologized and delivered the excuse that all the used car salespeople were off the day the car was sold by the new car manager. I find it hard to believe that they are actually this inept in light of how many times the used car salesperson told me he had been "doing this for 12 years". I am left to assume that the "current client" paid full price and perhaps signed up for the additional warranty coverage offered by the finance manager. I am back to square one in search of a dealership with high integrity. More
