My experience at David Dodge Chrysler Jeep was outstanding. I was buying my first car on my own and they both made the process very easy and unstressful. I chose to buy from Kenny and Mike because outstanding. I was buying my first car on my own and they both made the process very easy and unstressful. I chose to buy from Kenny and Mike because unlike the other places I had shopped, I felt that I mattered as a person and not just as a potential sale. Even when I bring my car in to be serviced, Matt at service is very friendly and makes things easy once again; if I see Kenny or Mike they take the time to say hello and check to make sure everything is going well. This truly is a one of a kind dealership that makes the whole experience from start to finish and beyond a pleasure. I will certainly be sending my parents for their new cars and wouldn't think of getting my next car anywhere else. More
I have had nothing but great experiences in dealing with David Dodge and in particular Mike McVeigh and Ken Gray. I purchased a brand new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them last year. They were attentive, David Dodge and in particular Mike McVeigh and Ken Gray. I purchased a brand new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them last year. They were attentive, courteous and took as much time as I needed to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable without any pressure. They gave me a great price on the vehicle that we were trading in. I was so impressed by how well they treated me that when my Mom needed a used car, I want back to them and they got her exactly what she was looking for. More recently, a few weeks ago I had my first service appointment for the Jeep and Mike took care of everything and made sure everything went smoothly and that I was in and out. These folks are great at what they do and they really concentrate on pleasing the customer which is refreshing in this day and age. I would highly recommend them and David Dodge to anyone looking for a Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler vehicle. More

Very friendly, accomodating - respectful of your time and don't try and talk you into something you don't want. Great selection and pricing. Did a lot of researcher well in advance. Knew dealer cost, dealer invoice, MSRP, packages, and specs. Went to them b/c they were close to my home and had the vehicle with desired pkgs in stock (2011 Jee cost, dealer invoice, MSRP, packages, and specs. Went to them b/c they were close to my home and had the vehicle with desired pkgs in stock (2011 Jeep GC purchased in August 2011, just as 2012s came out). Figured they would give a better price than others to get rid of old inventory (i.e. no locate/custom order). Asked for a quote on specific inventory vehicle online midweek during the day with bad T-storms. Dawn (Gen Mngr) called back within 30 min with quote. Initial quote was $200 above invoice and not competitive. Wanted me to come in for test drive. I asked if that was bottom line price and was told could drop a couple of hundred. At that point I explained I didn;t want to waste anyone's time and that other dealers were quoting lower and gave examples of competing quotes ($$$ and dealers). Dawn dropped price >$1K to get closer to competitors, but slightly above, and pushed for test drive. The price was close enough for me to go in, but still higher than 3 other dealers. Went in for a test drive, and brought my wife and 4mo old infant. Dawn told me it would be with Scott Streeter (sales). Scott was very knowledgeable about the product. Whenever I make a big purchase I do my research and always try to know more than the salesman (this isn't hard at some dealers), but Scott could throw down. Test drive was great. Scott was quiet and very polite and just let my wife and I chat about the car and the driving experience (we switched drivers 1/2 way). He answered questions about features/operations while driving, did a bit of selling on features but only in explaining how they work and their uses. Back to dealer, checked out engine, went in to settle on price point. I explained that they were still higher than competition and wanted to do better. He resisted at first and explained price Dawn had told me was "affiliate pricing" and very competitive. I showed him printed copies of window sticker (from online) on identical/very similar specs with competitor prices. I explained I could go online and pull up in real time if he wanted to see, and that I wanted them to do better. He went over my print outs, to make sure it was an apples-to-apples comparison, added on the cost of an addt'l pkg (at invoice) and asked if he could keep the papers and take them to his sales manager...one of the dealers was offering the vehicle at cost. Scott came back and price dropped again, now at $200 above cost, told me that was as far as he could go, they needed to make some money, and I'd have to walk otherwise. We signed on the spot. I'd recommend this dealer for pricing (just do your research) and for politeness and courtesy. Taking a 4mo old to a dealer and test drive could be a nightmare, but it was a slow day and everyone was helping out and asking if we needed anything. Very polite, they held doors for my wife & stroller, brought coffee and water, etc. Also have a kids room and wifi. At no point did I feel we got a sales job (I was in sales for a few years and know the tricks). A better description would be an information session that came down to price. Scott was very fair and open about the process and trying to price match. I'd absolutely go back and highly recommend the dealer -- and Scott specifically to friends and family. Only issue is that the paperwork took 1.5 hrs (reminded me of closing on a house). More
Excellent customer service and explanation of price, options and financing. The staff were friendly and not overwhelming. The trade in value value was more than adequate. options and financing. The staff were friendly and not overwhelming. The trade in value value was more than adequate. More
First, let me admit I am a handful to sell a car to. I will do anything to get a better deal on a car and usually spend weeks doing research, comparing dealers, surching the web, etc. As my search became will do anything to get a better deal on a car and usually spend weeks doing research, comparing dealers, surching the web, etc. As my search became focused on a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 2011 Overland Summit, I focused on three dealers in my area including David to see who had the best deal. I should also mention that I was looking for the a specific color, options, engine. One dealer had the car I was looking for but told me it was very hard to find (confirmed via web search) and they couldn't come down on the price to my requirements. I figured I would work on them over time and get the price down as the car sat on the lot. This dealer was closest to my house. I went back a few days later and the GC was sold. They said it went fast due to the rarity of the package. I stopped by David and was helped right away by Ed who is super knowledgable about the Jeeps. I told him what I was looking for, and he said they didn't have that exact match. He then introduced me to the owner David Kellaher he said he would "see what he could do". I continued to look for my Jeep and was about to see on at a dealer 50 miles away when David called to say they had my Jeep. I made an appointment to go see, and there it was. They said they had to pull some strings, but as one of the largest dealers, had some pull. So now I figured they would be expecting sticker for finding my exact request, but not the case. They actually came down beyond any of the other dealers I had checked and close to my target price. They were up-front, honest, and did not make me play games to get a fair price. Will by my next Jeep there too, but may be a while I love this one.... More
