The experiance was excelent everyone was happy and the work was done in a timely manor. The only thing that would have made it better is if they had washed my car before returning it. I came in for service on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I had never been to the David dealership before but everyone was so nice and accomodating. The shuttle even dropped me off at Genuardi's so I could get my never been to the David dealership before but everyone was so nice and accomodating. Received exact quote on vehicle. Agreed to this price and suddenly price changed upwards of several hundred dollars. This is the second time I attempt to purchase new vehicle at this dealership. So after receiving an email from Brad with a nice big picture at the bottom of the David Dodge logo, I decided to call in to the dealership and ask some questions. The phone is answered by someone who picture at the bottom of the David Dodge logo, I decided to call in to the dealership and ask some questions. The phone is answered by someone who is talking to people I am assuming are in his office (which confuses me immediately) and eventually says Hello? to me... I ask for Brad and the man says "this is Eric and Randy, what can I do for ya?" I say I am replying to an email from Brad and he immediately (and rather unpleasantly) says "we dont use email here" I say i received an email from Brad and the guy says "well, whatever, why are you calling?"... and it was steeply downhill form there... he began talking fast and prodding for immedsiate imformation and then ended the conversation really quickly ... not conversation, I dont know what to call it... there was laughter the entire time in teh background... and not so much as a good bye... he said shalom and then lots of laughter before the phone clicked dead... i couldnt even say good bye... Horrible customer service from "Brad"... I'll bet they are all smiles in person but I would never want to see them in an office... More
