From start to finish, I was so very impressed with all aspects of David Dodge! We were greeted by Jerry. Not only was he relaxed, he made us feel very comfortable, knew his product and always surpassed ou aspects of David Dodge! We were greeted by Jerry. The quality of work, friendliness of employees including the cashier and the warm atmosphere at David Dodge are outstanding. I would highly recommend them to others. My 2000 Chrysler 300 had a failure of the speed senson at about 11:00 AM. This causes the car to shift down to 1st gear and stay there. I got the car home and called immediately to my service agency, David about 11:00 AM. This causes the car to shift down to 1st gear and stay there. I got the car home and called immediately to my service agency, David Dodge Chrysler. They told me to come right in which I hid driving about 7 miles in first gear. I dropped the car off and returned home and shortly got a call with a diagnosyis and a price quote. I agreed and got a call back that the car was ready for pick up at 3:15. The car was ready and also had a 27 point check-up done which was reviewed for me. GREAT service in a timely and friendly personnel More

My truck was up for state inspection; I called for an appointment and they took it the same day. The truck was ready by 1700 hours. The greeter was there to sign me in before I could turn the engine of appointment and they took it the same day. The truck was ready by 1700 hours. Whenever I bring my car in for routine maintenance, my appointment time is honored and the service takes place with great alacrity.
