Mr. Brackney, Believe it or not, I thank you for your post. While my staff makes me proud on many occasions, they are human and the occasionally slip. Knowing all I know about what transpired here, I believe that they could've done things better, but I'm sure that they were attempting to do the best they could, but it was a complex situation. That said, I'm glad that you allowed me the opportunity to be of assistance, by contacting me directly. I enjoyed getting to know your wife, learning more about what transpired and ultimately, taking, what I believe to be a liberal action in refunding the entire amount of the visit, even though the specific repair in question was only a portion of that cost. I believe that no matter what the specific circumstance, when you put your vehicle in my hands, I am responsible for creating an experience that is on the top of the industry and leave my clients feeling that they really enjoyed the contact. That happens the majority of the time. It did not here. Again, thank you for contacting me directly and allowing me to take some action to rectify an experience that did not meet your standards or mine.
