David in the service department took time to listen to the problem and took care of it without issue. The truck was completed ahead of time and David called to say it was complete. I also had a nice conversation with Bob Weibe from sales as I was waiting for my vehicle. Very friendly staff. Good job guys! More

First Rate Service I've always dreaded going to any car dealer to get my car serviced...especially because I was always treated like the 'girl' who didn't know anything I've always dreaded going to any car dealer to get my car serviced...especially because I was always treated like the 'girl' who didn't know anything about cars. But not here...actually, I feel like a know a lot!!! How can I be so lucky to get Andrew EVERY time I walk through the door...and he calls me by name...not because I'm always there, but because he is so very good at his job. He is friendly, helpful, and professional. Luckily, he's always there when I need him. I'm sure all the others are just a good at there job, but Andrew is on the top of my list. Just a quick word about the parts department....(and I which I could give names), but they are fantastic. My son has a 1990 jeep wrangler and lost his keys. I called the service department, gave them the information. Told them I would be there by the end of the day....and to my surprise they had the key waiting for me. I would have paid anything for that key...but the price we right, and the guys couldn't have been nicer. We now have two jeeps in the family...the second one was bought at David Dodge...Can't wait to buy a third. Thanks Andrew...I'll be back again, and again!!! More

Without question, it was one of the best transactions we have made for a new vehicle. The pricing was spot-on, the value for our trade was more than fair, and the customer service and attention were outstanding. We owe everyone at Team David a huge thank you!! Dawn Hopson did an amazing job of finding the exact Rubicon that my wife wanted at a dealership in Virginia and successfully made the dealer trade (at the height of Jeep Wrangler buying season when other dealerships don't want to trade). The delivery process with Ed was one of the best we have had and we can’t say how much we appreciate the accommodation for us and Jersey (our black lab). The personal touches were first class. As a surprise for my wife, Alyssa made an awesome poster and had it in the windshield of the jeep - something that she won’t forget. The financing and transaction paperwork was incredibly smooth and there was no evidence of "hard-sell" on warranties and protection plans. The entire team was friendly and worked efficiently throughout the entire transaction. I would not hesitate to recommend the entire staff at David. More

I felt really good inside after dealing with such caring and knowledgeable people. I was fortunate enough to have Bruce as my mechanic. He is a true jeep guy and told me ALL of the answers to my questions that were lacking from the others that I questioned at other service areas. He offered excellent ideas on the proper placement and working factors to make my ski rack functional. Great guy too. This was my first experience at David Jeep, but I shall return. Frank, in parts, took the time and extra effort to fit me with all the necessities to have my trip to David's a quick and totally conclusive in all aspects. So great we bought 2 My husband and I were looking for a new family vehicle (although we really needed two cars-one for long single driver commutes and one for the family) My husband and I were looking for a new family vehicle (although we really needed two cars-one for long single driver commutes and one for the family). My husband selected a beautiful new Durango which was ordered to his specifications. Our salesman, Ken Gray was fabulous! He kept in contact with us through the process and made sure my husband got all of the equipment he wanted. When our Durango came in and we were signing our paperwork, a Dart caught my eye. I asked Ken about it. We went for a ride in one but I wasn't sure about buying it. Ken offered to let me drive it overnight to see if it was the right car for me. I appreciated the offer but decline because I thought I would just keep my old car a bit longer. We left with our new Durango. I thought more about the Dart I had test driven and called Ken a few days later to say, I was still thinking of it and was wondering if I could drive it overnight even though I may not buy it. He said it was no problem. I drove it then next day and liked it very much but still wasn't sure if I could swing the price. Ken worked with Bill and they were able to offer me a payment I was very happy with. I picked up the vehicle the next day. We have owned our vehicles for a few weeks now and both my husband and I are still very happy with our purchases. We have Ken Gray and David Dodge to thank for their super treatment of us. Ken made sure we got vehicles that would suit our needs at a price we were comfortable with. He treated us with respect and did not pressure us. David Dodge was a great place to do business with. So there I was It was a typical Friday morning commute down a major interstate until a warning light went off and said one of my tires was low. Strange, I thought, It was a typical Friday morning commute down a major interstate until a warning light went off and said one of my tires was low. Strange, I thought, because the car was served less than a week ago and the tire pressure was checked. Keep driving, I thought to myself, because this is probably an example of my car being overly sensitive. I wish. In a matter of minutes, the PSI on my tire went from 28 to 26 to 21 to 20...Clearly, something was wrong. As I manged to pull over the PSI rapidly went from 18 to 6 in a few seconds and I was driving on the rim. I wasn't about to call my father or brothers because I just couldn't face the lecture on how a single woman ought to know how to change a tire. So I called the only guys I thought would help me and not make me feel stupid: The service department at the David dealership. Andrew gave me the name of a towing company and, within an hour, I was standing in front of time telling him I was certain I'd new a new tire, which I did. About an hour later, I was in my office eating a donut. Many thanks to the team at the service desk. I really appreciated it. See you soon...but not too soon. LC More
