Trusting the additional service needed for my vehicle was necessary and not an upsell. The alignment was just completed a little over a year ago and did not notice any issues, but was told the vehicle failed necessary and not an upsell. The alignment was just completed a little over a year ago and did not notice any issues, but was told the vehicle failed the inspection. Also, that the cabin filter needed to be changed because it was dirty, but not shown the filter that was pulled. Maybe you should show your customers something like that so they can see the need was there. More

No one listens to the customer. I had to repeat myself multiple times . Not one paid attention . I would not be able to pick the car up until after 3.00 . I knew it would be ready b I had to repeat myself multiple times . Not one paid attention . I would not be able to pick the car up until after 3.00 . I knew it would be ready before ,I told the lady that checked me 2 times, not to call . I will be back at 3.00 . I knew I would receive the text . Bill called . I told him . The lady called I had told her . Just felt like I wasn't listened to . I also don't like it when the guy that goes and get the car ,just pushes the alarm to hear where the car is . I could have done that myself. More
