Service Center Visit April 2, 2019 OUTSTANDING! Here's why: KYLE GANUES: Service advisor extraordinaire. This guy is ALWAYS sharp, dare I say "on fleek". I can trust Kyle, he's a OUTSTANDING! Here's why: KYLE GANUES: Service advisor extraordinaire. This guy is ALWAYS sharp, dare I say "on fleek". I can trust Kyle, he's a man of his word. He presents a professional image, a great attitude, and is always honest, up front about the work my vehicle needs, the pricing and most importantly HE CARES. My vehicle had to be towed to the shop (discovered it was a dead battery (FACTORY ORIGINAL, btw)) and Kyle asked if the tow was covered by my auto insurance; it is and I'm getting a partial reimbursement for the towing fees. It's Kyle's attention to little details like that that make the difference and keep me coming back to Dave White Chevrolet! JENNY THE RECEPTIONIST: She's a professional through and through. Always dressed to the nines, wonderful phone manners, so great to speak to in person, gives an excellent, polished, professional presence and a consistently fabulous impression of the dealership.
