Same Day Service with a Phone Call. I called my service advisor Kyle early in the morning and left a message asking if there was a chance I could get my Silverado in for an oil change an I called my service advisor Kyle early in the morning and left a message asking if there was a chance I could get my Silverado in for an oil change and brake check sometime that day. He called back within an hour and asked me to bring it in and leave it and he'd work me in. I brought in, they gave me a ride home and they completed the oil change and brake job by middle afternoon same day. I call that great service. More

When I picked up the vehicle there was no charge for the correction. There was no comment on the invoice so I can only assume something foreign was lodged. Anyway, it’s fixed and there was no charge. Thanks a lot. Also, Lisa was able to schedule my service a day before the normal schedule to accommodate my schedule. More

Inconsistent I had a recall on our 2019 TRAX that involved 2 appointments. The first appointment was just over an hour and that verified that our vehicle was affe I had a recall on our 2019 TRAX that involved 2 appointments. The first appointment was just over an hour and that verified that our vehicle was affected and needed the parts. We were told the parts were ordered and they would be in touch to do part two of the recall. 2 months later we hadn't heard anything and our car was experiencing intermittent issues that could be a result of the recall. They agreed to the car being dropped off the next day and they would complete the recall and replace the parts. I get a call the next day that they drove my car and they couldn't get the same issue to repeat itself and that my car isn't affected by the recall, the technician looked and my car was fine. I explained that I had already been there for part one of the recall and that I was told by THEIR technician that my car was affected. He was surprised I had already been there and wasn't sure what to say at that point because now he ISN'T getting the same "issue" reported by the technicians. This was a serious recall affecting the steering. Once they realized that the recall had already been noted on our vehicle they completed the recall with the new parts. It was frustrating because one technician saw the recall issue and the other one did not, that is a safety issue considering what this recall was for. Since they did not see the notes from the first recall appointment this appointment went from 2 hours to 7 hours. More
