Awful service If zero stars were an option they'd get it. Absolute nightmare of service. Refused the car and left and called everyday for 3 weeks with no responses. Won't refund my money for the issues unfixed that I paid for nor will they fix what I paid for. Lawyer is getting involved now. DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVIC More

Contacted Mr. Dunphry to find us a red 2011 new Equinox. He looked for a couple days and called back and said there were none to be found. End of conversation. Two days later we got a call from Craig Viers He looked for a couple days and called back and said there were none to be found. End of conversation. Two days later we got a call from Craig Viers at Randy Wise Chevrolet in Milan, Michigan and they had found us one in Columbus, Ohio. Two days later we paid for it and picked it up from Milan and drove away a happy customer. Seems that the Ohio dealership should have known more about the Ohio stock than a Michigan one, but oh well. We found what we wanted. More
