Missed the details, fixed the issue. Kyle is severely underpaid for what he does. Was able to diagnose my tire issue quickly. Got me a ride to work while service was being completed. Fast, friendly and hardworking We were immediately greeted by someone upon walking in. His name is Josh Ebersberger. He shook our hands and offered to help when we said we did not already have a rep. He asked me my preferences, took down a whole list and then gave me some prices with different add ons. Once we found what we wanted he went outside and made sure he found me exactly what I wanted. The entire time he offered beverages, advice and never stopped smiling. Cracked jokes, too. Rode with me during the test drive and made sure I knew everything about the vehicle before we even left the lot. During the drive he was still informative, offering to let me take it on the highway (I did not, personal preference). Once back, he did not pressure me into signing but I felt at home in the car. He made me feel great about the car and the prices. Made sure I was able to stay in my price range, and was patient as I made my decision. More
