J.J. in the service dept. was kind, caring and very helpful during our breakdown on the road 150 miles from home. We were towed in right at closing time and everyone acted as if it was normal business helpful during our breakdown on the road 150 miles from home. We were towed in right at closing time and everyone acted as if it was normal business hours, even though it was after 7pm. J.J. kept us in the loop the whole time as to what was happening with our repairs. We were even taken to a hotel until our car was fixed and they picked us up the next day, even loaded our luggage. So glad we were towed there. Even ended up buying a used car and storing our repaired car for a month until we returned from Florida. GREAT place for service and Buying. I worked with Lee, Jake, and Matt. They were excellent! They were friendly and charismatic. I work third shift and twelve hour days. The were very respectful of my time. During my experience there was a mistake made that delayed the process of receiving the car that I wanted. Jake and Lee worked very hard to get things to come together at the end. They were polite and prompt. They stayed in communication with me over several days so that I knew what was going on. They even came in to work when they were not feeling well at all so that we could complete the sale correctly. I highly recommend this dealership. This was definitely the most pleasant car purchasing experience I have had and I know I will be coming back here. More

Sent in for oil change. Check engin light came on on my way home. I was told Air cover broken during inspection and that is why.
