Purchased my vehicle almost 10 years ago and they have serviced The service department at Dave White Acura has always done an exceptional job for me. Purchased my vehicle almost 10 years ago and they have serviced it since then to my complete satisfaction. I drive 40 miles from my home to this dealership. In an age where we hope for customer service to be at least average, the service manager, Scott has always exceeded my expectations. Not sure if the credit goes to DWA management or Scott but their team does an excellent job. I would highly recommend them. More
Car Servicing Good service, car is operating very well. Oil change, oil filter replaced, a new battery and two other filters replaced. All wonderful and I felt a fair expense. My only critique is my car was not washed. This seems to happen most of the time I come in for service. I know it is a small item, but one I truly look forward too, especially at this time of year. My husband took my car in for me and did not ask for the wash. If I go I would have reminded/requested the car be cleaned. A simple service I look forward to. More

Routine service for 6 months new top of the line MDX The place is a dump compared to the dealerships where I bought the car. Service Manager is rough and argumentative for everything. When I complained The place is a dump compared to the dealerships where I bought the car. Service Manager is rough and argumentative for everything. When I complained about $59 for oil change compared to $19 at other dealer, he started to argue me about it. While all I was looking for was compromising the price, while add value proposition sort of comments. Definitely not a luxury brand Dealership or Personnel. I am going to go get Lexus next time for sure. More
