Oil change and recall service I scheduled a service online for an oil change. I arrived 15 minutes early and was taken care of immediately. Although I originally only scheduled an oil change, i inquired about a recent recall notification I received and the service manager not only explained the recall, he encouraged me to have it taken care of during this visit if I had time which I was happy to do. I was given a time of one hour and forty five minutes to do the service and it was completed in just over an hour which was a pleasent surprise. A detailed explaination of what was found and what was need was given. As always, Scott did a top-notch job. Chris Basilius was very helpful answering a few questions I had about new vehicles while I waited as well. Overall great experience! More
