Took my TLX in for its 105000 mile maintenance and a recall and I felt my car was in good hands. Provided a very nice loaner and was updated regularly by Stevie. I am a long time Dave White Customer. I am on my fourth Acura from there. I stayed with Dave White because of their service department. However, as of late I have found the service depart I am on my fourth Acura from there. I stayed with Dave White because of their service department. However, as of late I have found the service department to have become more business oriented rather than customer oriented. I used to walk in and everybody would say hi, smile, chat for a second ask questions about the car and made me feel at home. This last visit I felt like I was a customer who just happened to need their services. I miss the warms the camaraderie and caring atmosphere that was once there when I go looking for a new car , I won’t feel that I have to stick with Acura because of my love for the service department More
Generally I am very happy. I was not on my last visit. When I booked an appointment, I specifically asked for maintenance and a mechanic to check out a problem I was hearing as I was not on my last visit. When I booked an appointment, I specifically asked for maintenance and a mechanic to check out a problem I was hearing as it is a 3ish hour round trip for me to come to this service center and I had a limited window to complete it with my schedule. When I arrived, I was told no one was available to evaluate my problem but my service was completed. Communication either to me ahead of time for an appointment - or finding a way to get everyone taken care of - is an expectation. I've rated Lisa below but I'm not sure if she's ultimately the person who is accountable to this process. More
