Dave Towell Cadillac

I purchased a car about a month ago and had trouble from the day I bought it. They promised me an extra key fob and when I asked when i'm going to get it, they lied and said it was never promised, finally a the day I bought it. They promised me an extra key fob and when I asked when i'm going to get it, they lied and said it was never promised, finally after arguing and being hung up on twice, they finally sent me a fob. Recently, I found out the battery had a dead cell and was worthless, they even took off the information label on the battery showing how old it was and told me when I bought the car that the battery was new. Again, another lie. My son gave me a battery and when I asked them to send me $80, half the cost of a new battery, they turned me down. The battery in the car looked new but apparently not, again they tore off part of the label that showed the age of the battery. I got stuck in the car twice for over an hour before the battery had enough power to open the trunk, then i crawled out thru the trunk. Again, they hung up on me twice, lied about the key fob and tried to say the battery was new when it was probably over 5 years old. Anyway, that's my story and it's the total truth. I even tried to call TOM, the owner of the company and of course he never called me back. SURPRISING, RIGHT! GARY. More
