All Around The Best Experience For A First Time Car Buyer!!! We recently moved to the area and were simply looking to get our oil changed at a trustworthy service center. From the service tech to the salesman an We recently moved to the area and were simply looking to get our oil changed at a trustworthy service center. From the service tech to the salesman and to the account manager, we were very impressed. Service Tech didn't try to sell us on petty repairs and simply told us what we need to address in the near future and that was it. Ended up just checking out what they had in their lot and then Matt came up and introduced himself. We small talked for the first few minutes and he understood i wasn't looking to buy at the moment and he didn't press the issue on what so ever. I decided to schedule a meeting with him the next morning just to run the numbers. Once again no pressure that morning. We ran the numbers and i knew i could make it work. He told me not what i wanted to hear but what i needed to hear with buying my first vehicle. Matt and the Manager also found rebates and savings that were pretty astonishing. What topped it off is after the sale and papers signed, Matt helped me surprised my wife with our brand new 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan. (she thought we were getting a used 2008 Caravan)....it was definitely a great experience and I know where I"ll be taking my business for now on!!! More

I live closer to Minneapo I am a military veteran and was looking for a place to buy another used Nissan Frontier to replace my 1999 Nissan Frontier. I live closer to Minneapolis but chose to look further out of the Twin Cities. Found Dave Syverson through my USAA Car Buying Service & TrueCar. Bought a 2012 Nissan Frontier SL Crew Cab at the committed price. More important was the great customer service by Craig Loehr. He personally contacted us after we submitted our On-line inquiry (Saturday) and we bought the truck the following Monday morning. He knew the history of the truck and able to answer all the questions we asked. His follow up a day after was important. I noticed recently that many dealerships outsource their marketing and customer contacts. At a couple dealerships I was contacted by telephone by an individual, and when I got to the dealership and asked for that person, I was told that the individual did not work there and met with one of the dealership's sale rep. I appreciate that Craig was the 'real' person that I spoke on the phone and who I dealt with when we bought the Frontier. More
