My wife and I were passing through Kellogg, ID on the way to Missoula, MT when we decid I rarely write reviews but Dave Smith service is OUTSTANDING! My wife and I were passing through Kellogg, ID on the way to Missoula, MT when we decided to call Dave Smith about tinting a door window on a 2016 RAM we'd just had replaced. They were able to get us in immediately and on the road again in about 15 minutes! The cost for window tinting the replaced window was $25 less than several quotes I received around Seattle. I don't remember the name of the service person but he was friendly, professional and did a great job on the window. He took the time to explain the process and the wait time for the tint to dry. Also gave me a great tip on fishing the local river! Why can't we have a Dave Smith Dealership around Seattle! ps matches the experience I had purchasing the truck at Dave Smith a year ago! With this truck I originally picked out a Quad cab and put a deposit on it, but then after a day of thought decided a Crew Cab would be better. Called my Salesperson and asked him about a different truck, he in turn searched the inventory and found one that was equipped with the items that I was looking for. It was a Smooth easy process.
