In brief, vehicle was agreed upon at $15,500 including tax, tag, title. This is all documented via numerous emails. I went to the dealership with my finance paperwork in hand and called the sales associate. He stated he was not in and that I could come in on Saturday. He then stated he was "unsure" if was asking about a 2008 Ford Edge or a 2012 Ford Edge. All contact between was solely about a 2012 Ford Edge, and the link to the vehicle's web page was provided when starting our negotiations in my first email. He said he would have to talk to his GM. I called the GM and he reported no knowledge of this, would call Chuck, and get back to me. The vehicle has since been removed from their website (as of this AM) and my calls not been returned. Very poor customer service, deceitful, and an attempt at bait & switch practices. More

Recently went there requesting a new Fusion with fairly specific options. When looking for this car, we found only one and it was in Ohio. Went through the process and they sent someone out to get the car. Only problem, was the dealer in Ohio failed to tell them of the excessive mileage on this car. Dave Smith Ford rejected to take this car (Thank you). Only problem, this was the only car with my options in the area. Dan and the dealership ended up finding a Fusion with my options, and an upgraded engine. They ended up covering almost all of the cost of the upgraded engine to get me my car. Dan was great, and straightforward with things. Things were relaxed, and no pressure. More

I thought that the after experience would be the same as the inital visit. I bought a warranty to keep the bills low for repairs 2007 Subaru; little did i know I was suckered. The time i bought the car they said they did a ( ??) Point inspection on the vehicle and in 30day the sway bar links had to be replaced. Then I smelt burning and they said it was a 500 dollar job warranty picked up still smelt like it was burning. Should have learned a dealership knows only what the carry so i was at the wrong place with Subaru problems!!! they suggested I take it to the Subaru dealer and 2 times work done no warranty. They just sold a vehicle the heck with quality. Tried to get warranty cancelled and they charged me 600 for a 500 job in less than a year. If a ford you seek maybe, but if its a foreign or used car stay away they are all about the money!!! Not customer. More

They gave me a reasonable amount for my trade in right off the bat as well as dropped the price on the sticker of the car without a fuss. I received more on my trade in than I was expecting as well as paid less on new car than I was anticipating to have to pay. My salesman was very nice and engaging in conversations. He explained the cost of the vehicle and the trade in clearly which made it easy. This is unlike other dealerships that I have been to. I would definitely recommend going to Dave Smith Ford for a new vehicle purchase. More
