I visited on a Thursday and was informed that the part I needed would have to be ordered. I scheduled an appointment for Monday and dropped off my vehicle as planned. After calling three times to check on t needed would have to be ordered. I scheduled an appointment for Monday and dropped off my vehicle as planned. After calling three times to check on the status, I finally reached someone and was told the part would need to be ordered again, and that warranty approval was still pending. I then set up another appointment for Wednesday and decided to wait during the installation. However, I was informed that the warranty had not been approved. This should have been handled when I first came in and was told the part needed to be ordered. Instead, I ended up wasting two additional days trying to resolve an issue that should have been addressed right away. To make matters worse, after contacting the warranty company that should have happened when the appointment was originally made a week earlier, I was told the part wasn’t covered—despite it clearly failing and my warranty being advertised as "bumper-to-bumper." It should not have taken three trips and a full week to find out the part wasn’t covered. The entire process was frustrating and poorly handled. More
I like using Dave Kirk for the service of my XT4. It always takes a little longer than what they say but i feel happy they look after my vehicle really well. Their waiting area is great, lots of snacks to eat and hot drinks if needed. Internet is available although not great but can pass the time away on your phone or other device. They do have a courtesy vehicle to take you home if you not wanting to wait and will pick you up also when vehicle is ready. Great place for your vehicle service. More

I always talk to Scott when I have a problem with car as he knows my car. He takes the time to listen to you. I had to leave the car for a couple of days as parts had to be ordered.
