Everyone at Kirk Chevy service dept. is first class at what they do, how they treat customers, and the pricing for service is unbelievably affordable. The waiting area has very comfortable chairs, clean restrooms, coffee and snacks. Your service coordinator updates you as the work is being done and makes sure you understand every step. The women in the office who do the billing are accurate, friendly, and patient if you have a question. They make sure you get any discounts you deserve. Scott was terrific. More

An unexpected trip to the service department for my new 2025 Equinox (900 miles) due to a dash warning for "AWD not operatable". The service rep was very kind and courteous and related to my frustration. 2025 Equinox (900 miles) due to a dash warning for "AWD not operatable". The service rep was very kind and courteous and related to my frustration. I didn't have to wait long and they had an answer for me (faulty AWD switch) and ordered a new one - meanwhile created a work around so I could still access my AWD if needed. Quick service, attentive and thoughtful. It was a very busy day - but I was very thankful to be in and out quickly. More
