dealership overall was excellent, but calling Detroit to make the appointment was bit of micro managing. No one was aware of a 12:45 p.m. appointment, but they handled it very well. Very pleased with the Service Rep who took care of me; I had called in on the previous day to make an appointment to have my car serviced. When I showed up there was no record of my appointment or time slo had called in on the previous day to make an appointment to have my car serviced. When I showed up there was no record of my appointment or time slot. I was told that I had called into a Call Center, not the actual Service Dept. But the Service Writer said he would take care of me; the service on the car was preformed and I was on my way in a little more than an hour. Great job on the part of all the Service Dept. More
The service department was excellent in addressing my concerns. The service tech went for a ride while I explained what I was expecting and then after he researched my questions, we took a ride in a new concerns.
