I made an appointment by calling the phone number for Dave Kirk. I was appointed a service advisor named William. I arrived at Dave Kirk and was greeted by Matt who was exceptional however he did not hav Dave Kirk. I was appointed a service advisor named William. I also do not see a sticker on my window to show me when I need to get another oil change. The codes were never reprogrammed from the recall that I had done a couple months ago the software that can affect the battery. I’m not sure why Dave Kirk is lacking in detail attention. More

This Service Department has their act together ! !! I called in to get my 1st service done on my 2024 and had an appointment within a couple days.
