Everyone at Kirk Chevy service dept. is first class at what they do, how they treat customers, and the pricing for service is unbelievably affordable. The waiting area has very comforta is first class at what they do, how they treat customers, and the pricing for service is unbelievably affordable. The waiting area has very comfortable chairs, clean restrooms, coffee and snacks. Your service coordinator updates you as the work is being done and makes sure you understand every step. The women in the office who do the billing are accurate, friendly, and patient if you have a question. They make sure you get any discounts you deserve. Scott was terrific. More
First of all, for my own reasons, I do not shake hands. When informed of this the first salesman wanted to do a fist bump. A second sales rep not only wanted to do a fist bump, but then wanted to do an elb When informed of this the first salesman wanted to do a fist bump. A second sales rep not only wanted to do a fist bump, but then wanted to do an elbow bump and then he made the action with his body to requested me to do a chest bump with him! I am a sixty three year old lady who is in a serious relationship with a ring on my finger! These actions were an insult to me. When the first salesman sat down, he did not even introduce himself or say one word to me. All he did was sit down and give me a hard stair. In silence! Because he told me that Dave Kirk Chevrolet would pay off the loan I currently had, I made my decision to get vehicle. When I went back do work on finnishing the sale, I insisted on another sales rep. I informed the second sales rep of the promise of paying my loan off. So I could get a car and he failed to include it in the contract. When I brought this up to the man who did the finances, he had not heard anything about it and only gave me an "on faith" amount that was about $160 short of what I needed to pay off my loan. The vehicle that I was provided was a $150 more a month than I initially planned on spending. That means that when it comes time for me to pay my bills next month, I have to pay three hundred dollars more than what I initially planned to pay out. I get less than $1000 a month on my fixed income. I can afford the payments for this vehicle, but the fact that they shorted me $160ish dollars on the loan is very upsetting and disappointing. The salesman who closed the sale was a very nice young man amd treated me with respect, but he was young and forgot to include the paying off my loan in the paperwork. I was diagnosed with a bulging disk in my lower back and had to sit there for over 5 hours to get through the process and was in serious pain by the time it came to signing the papers. The other 2 salesmen who treated me with disrespect by offering to do bumps anywhere on my body, along with the rudeness of the first rep not speaking a word when sitting down and giving me a hard stair deserve a reprimand for how they treated me. I do that, or they need to be put through the training for a rim for a second time. If I were to recommend dave kirk to someone else, I would insist that they ask for Clay. I would not want anyone else to go through what I went through with those other two sales reps. I am thankful that the men who did the financing part believed me and at least gave me a good faith amount to go towards my loan. I would not let this experience. Stop me from using Dave. Kirk chevrolet in the future, but believe you me it won't go the same next time. Fool me once... You know the saying. More

He was apologetic....and I do understand how busy things can get. More

An unexpected trip to the service department for my new 2025 Equinox (900 miles) due to a dash warning for "AWD not operatable". The service rep was very kind and courteous and related to my frustration. 2025 Equinox (900 miles) due to a dash warning for "AWD not operatable". The service rep was very kind and courteous and related to my frustration. I didn't have to wait long and they had an answer for me (faulty AWD switch) and ordered a new one - meanwhile created a work around so I could still access my AWD if needed. Quick service, attentive and thoughtful. It was a very busy day - but I was very thankful to be in and out quickly. More
