I am very pleased with the service department and how my issue was taken care of by the service manager and his team. Thank you your professionalism! Clay told me there was good news and there was bad news. The good news was I didn’t pay for it and the bad news is I don’t get it. Please keep in mind that the window sticker said I did pay for it. I did email and picture of it to the service manager. This is very poor salesman ship. There was paper on how he done that I did not fill out and it was filled out by someone other than myself. Would that be considered falsifying documentation? I am more than willing to talk with any manager that would like to call. Please fix this for the next person. More

I would recommend this service center, but not for the reason you may think. Mat was very professional and curtsies with me when I was upset. my concern was that I had a 9:30 appointment to install splash reason you may think. I did not get my car back until 11:30 or so. I talked to Mat and told him I was upset with the amount of time it took. He said he mentioned to the Manager, I never spoke with the manager.
