Service Advisor Mark My service advisor Mark has been excellent with the multiple things I have run into with my 15 Tahoe. He has been more of a friend then a advisor. All the advisors are good but he has a personal touch. He relates well with my personality and also does well at diffusing the situation. He is the one I ask for every time. If he is off I wait. As I said I’ve been in the middle of many conversations in the office and all seem good to work with but Marks down to earth attitude seems to keep the service in Customer Service. Highly recommend Hallmans of Erie because they are still Customer Service oriented. Anyone can sell you a car but what really counts is if they have your back after the fact. Hallmans does. More

Good Service Aside from having to buy 4 new tires to pass inspection, Rick in the Service Department was great. Wonderful Service! I scheduled an appointment for an oil & filter change/tire rotation, and Rick noticed that my inspection was up in two months. He asked if I wanted to I scheduled an appointment for an oil & filter change/tire rotation, and Rick noticed that my inspection was up in two months. He asked if I wanted to get it done that day instead of having to come back in two months and wouldn't take much longer... only took a little over an hour!
