Kept me in the loop. Great job by the staff here. Was in a car accident and my Jeeps front was mangled. They got everything started that day. The quick corespondents with Great job by the staff here. I’m the type from my profession has my hand in everything managing things. Once I knew they were on there game it was nice to just let them do it. My Jeep did take longer then expected. However, they would call me with updates. Which was greatly appreciated. One bad thing is when my car was done and ready they called once on a Friday. They did not leave me a message that my vehicle was finished. I had a rental truck for 3 days after they told the insurance company it was fixed and ready. Monday when I called ( my managing everything kicked in ) they said it was done Friday and they had called me. Which may have been true. But my phone rings all day from work related issues. If you don’t text me or leave a message there is a chance I will miss calling you back. Just because every phone call moves the missed call down in the line of calls. I check messages when time permits and get back to someone who may have called. I had to explained to the insurance company why I did not pick my Jeep up when it was finished. Insurance did pick up the bill for the rental being an extra 3 days. Thankfully. I would have done five stars. Because this place is professional and did great work. But customer service extends well past the last bolt being screwed or the finishing touches on a paint job. I felt as I was forgotten about and they did not care that I was waiting to get my vehicle. I would use Dave Hallman again. They truly did great work! Thank you! More

Trust worthy I am very satisfied with the work your technician Jim Parker does. I know I can trust him with my vehicle. He checks to make sure if I need an oil ch I am very satisfied with the work your technician Jim Parker does. I know I can trust him with my vehicle. Made sure he bagged my regular tires and put them in my car the way my husband had my snow tires loaded in the car. He even put my seat back in the same position. I am very satisfied with Hallman's service department and Jim Parker. I only trust my vehicle service work to Hallman's. Fair & honest. More

Winter tire installation I got to the dealership by 7 o’clock and was escorted to my house by 7:30. Within a couple hours I was cold and they were right at my house to pick m I got to the dealership by 7 o’clock and was escorted to my house by 7:30.
