Fast, convenient, helpful I had a great experience when taking my car in for a strange noise coming from the engine. Trouble with tire, shell, etc. I had had a flat tire and in the process of On Starbworking on it something happened. Above and beyond Ashley guided this process for us completely--trying diligently to discover what the cause of an undercarriage noise was. The mechanic worked hard to Ashley guided this process for us completely--trying diligently to discover what the cause of an undercarriage noise was. The mechanic worked hard to discover it as well. And as they narrowed it down (had to repair several parts that needed repaired or replaced anyway), they finally discovered that it had to do w/ the front brake pads/rotors. Because this was a noise that they had tried to locate and repair on a previous visit (about 2 weeks prior), they gave us some cost breaks/discounts because we had spent about $2,100 for all repairs and maintenance over the 2 visits. They also gave us a loaner vehicle to use while they worked on our car--over the Thanksgiving weekend. We had planned to travel to NYC to visit our daughters for the holiday and wanted our vehicle to be in tip-top shape for our trip, but since they needed more time for repairs, they loaned us a courtesy vehicle (free of charge, except gas), and our trip went off without a hitch.
