Did Not Correct Issue On my brand new 2018 traverse there is play on my right rear toe link that has been verified by another shop. We brought it to Hallmans because it is On my brand new 2018 traverse there is play on my right rear toe link that has been verified by another shop. We brought it to Hallmans because it is where we purchased the vehicle and wanted the issue addressed under warranty. However, we were told that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle and nothing was done to the vehicle to correct it. We then went back to the other shop and they once again confirmed The play and showed my husband The issue firsthand. The customer service at Hallmans was good, everybody was friendly enough but the fact that the issue wasn't corrected and I have to pay another shop to correct is very dissatisfying. More
