I went in 8/27/24 to have my 2011 Chevrolet Camaro serviced. The car was giving my such a headache, the team at Dave Gill Chevrolet came through for me and took it off my hands. I bought a car from Dave Gill it has an indentation down to the metal on the hood I asked the salesperson Tracy Saura to repair it she became very angry I also told Tracy there was a loud noise coming from to the metal on the hood I asked the salesperson Tracy Saura to repair it she became very angry I also told Tracy there was a loud noise coming from the engine she said she had to test drive my car which she did fast and aggressively and said she did not hear a noise. I did go to Dan Tobin to have the car assessed and they said it was the fuel pump I've been to the Dave Gill dealership at least three times yet they claim they don't have a record of me even coming in. They're all smiles and grins when you come in the dealership to buy. I don't understand why you can't a a dent in my car that I requested it be fixed when I purchased the car now you have amnesia. Buyers Dennis Hyundai have always have put their customers needs first why don't you? Also when I talk to Travis Handler I couldn't understand him he sounded like he was inside of a closet I could barely hear him when I asked him why can't I hear you and he wouldn't answer my question about a couple of my concerns he says he has no record of me ever coming to the dealership. Why did it take me so long to come in I told him after I came in I didn't feel safe at his dealership and I didn't like how I was being treated. They have been non apologetic and very unkind at Dave Gill to me More
