EXCELLENT service and very helpful! Wayne was AMAZING! I was buying my car out of state and he worked with me to have everything go smoothly. 2017 powerstroke non-repair This is by far the most unprofessional service center I have ever dealt with. The service manager and dealer manager refuse to fix parts under warrant This is by far the most unprofessional service center I have ever dealt with. The service manager and dealer manager refuse to fix parts under warranty. I have a junk diesel motor that they claim to have rebuilt but the original issue remains. Ford corporate advised them to pull the motor again and run tests on it. But Gregory Taylor and Micheal Despain refuse to do the work.
