I bought a jeep wrangler and Ted was excellent! When I inquired about it on the lot, He sent me a video to look at. He then met me at the dealership and I over night test drove it. I am a first time car buyer and he helped me step by step through the process easily! Explaining everything and making sure I understood. After less than a week of owning her, I had a problem with the brakes and Ted had me come in and they took care of me and replaced the problem. He kept in contact and made sure everything went well. I highly recommend Dave Arbogast Ford and Ted! More
