I worked with Jamie Mead and Joe Shaffer online, via text, and email, to make a deal. We then drove from Central Arkansas to complete the sale, and these guys were great to work with! I worked with Jamie Mead in sales and Dave Kalmbach in Finance. They were both very helpful and friendly, I didn't feel rushed or pressured in my decisions about the car. During the sale it was discovered Finance. They were both very helpful and friendly, I didn't feel rushed or pressured in my decisions about the car. During the sale it was discovered the car has an open recall, and Jamie made the appointment to take it to Mazda and get it taken care of for me. I won't have to do it myself, which is a big help since I won't have to take off work to get there. Dave answered all of my and my husband's questions about the loan and made sure we were comfortable with everything before proceeding. It was a great experience! More
