My car picked up a screw in the front right tire today, while I was out running errands. There were other tire stores locally, however my Nissan dealer has always taken very good care of me, so I opted to while I was out running errands. There were other tire stores locally, however my Nissan dealer has always taken very good care of me, so I opted to take my car to Nissan World of Dartmouth to fix the problem. Thank goodness I did!! My plan was to take advantage of the situation and get the oil changed at the same time. When I parked my car, a gentleman in the lot immediately asked me if he could help - and then escorted me to the service department. Then Barry Siegal assisted me, and advised that I was not yet due for an oil change (another thousand miles to go). Even though I no longer needed service, they still took my car in and plugged the hole FOR FREE. Nissan World of Dartmouth, and in particular Barry Siegal give superior service and I would recommend them to everyone. More
I went into this dealership looking for a new Nissan Rogue. Let me tell you that Roger Pinsonnault was the sales person that I dealt with and I could not ask for his customer service and patience with m Rogue. It was an even greater experience due to the fact that talking to Roger felt like I was talking to my brother. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked into this dealership to the moment I left. I was treated with respect and was given superior customer service. Any questions I had were answered on the spot. I could not ask for a better experience . I highly recommend this dealership and will be sending anyone I know who is looking for a car to go in and see Roger. I went looking to replace my Chevy Cobalt that was experiencing problem after problem that no one seemed to know how to fix. I went to this dealership because I was interested in a 2007 Ford Escape that they had listed for $9995, when I went to test drive it and attempt to purchase the vehicle, they told me it was first $13,000 2007 Ford Escape that they had listed for $9995, when I went to test drive it and attempt to purchase the vehicle, they told me it was first $13,000, I showed the dealer the Auto Trader add and he said he would speak to his manager, they came back and told me the vehicle was now $14,000 and that was with a $2995 cash deposit (even though my boyfriend and I told them we were buying the vehicle with cash). They also told us that Auto Trader stole the vehicle off their website (the Nissan's website) and falsely priced it, like THAT would ever happen!) We were so frustruated with the lack of professionalism and communication, we walked out. The next day the dealerships customer service line called my boyfriend and had no idea of the incident and tried to talk us into going back! Beware of this dealership! More
I wanted to express my gratitude to Mr. Siegal for all he did to help me with my automobile. I went to Nissan World looking to see what they had on their lot. I had seen a car in auto trader magazine. I met Tony Santos in the lot and took a car for a test ride. I just a bought a beautiful ford F-150 at Nissan World of Dartmouth on Tuesday 7/12/11 and it wouldn't be if it wasn't for Roger. Don't get me wrong, everyone from the time I drove up to the second I left wa Dartmouth on Tuesday 7/12/11 and it wouldn't be if it wasn't for Roger. Don't get me wrong, everyone from the time I drove up to the second I left was super friendly and nice but Roger is the "MAN". The one thing that I can't stand and I have been known for walking out on salesmen, is when they are "Pushy". It drives me nuts! I mean I know the dealership is trying to run a business but hey IT'S MY MONEY! From the second I met Roger, he was down to earth, smart, funny, felt like I knew the man for years. Made my wife and I very comfortable. He knew what I wanted and didn't stop until he made it a reality. Most salesman could care less. Honeslty I know I've been searching for a while. I do recall Barry's nissan of Dartmouth to have a horrible reputation for customer service but Nissan World, you've got it going on. I haven't stopped bragging about my experience and believe me, friends, family , whomever, I will recommened you. You have my word, when it's time for my wife to upgrade and get a new car, Roger watch out, we are coming for you! Honestly, with all serious , I would like to thank everyone at Nissan World and Roger for a wonderful experience and truck. I gave Roger the budget I was willing to spend on a car and he did everything possible to get me a car within my budget. Roger never pressured me to buy something I did not want or something I could not afford. Roger had an answer for every question I had and was excited telling me the information I needed. There is no one I would have rather dealt with then Roger and I will always refer Roger to anyone looking for a car. Thank you for everything you did for me Roger…you are the MAN!!! More
I broke 6 clips holding up some type of shield under the car. I called and was told to bring it in at any time..no appointment needed.I brought it later the same day and they immediately took my car in. Wit car. Within 10 minutes Barry Siegel (the assistant service manager) was back with my keys and said it was all set. They only charged me for parts! I was thrilled.In and out in 10 minutes and less than $20 spent. I have been going to this dealership for 5 years now and have absolutely no complaints about their service department. The people are easy to deal with and the service done has always been problem free. More
