Bob was a wonderful salesman. Very informative and generally just great to deal with. He answered all my questions and was not pushy in the least. I went in to LOOK at a pre-owned Honda and the manager Jerry came over to help my salesperson as we were having trouble figuring out what car would work for me. He is the best, anyone looking for a car should see him, as he truly cared about what I needed and helped me through every aspect of the purchase. More
I needed a headlamp bulb for my 2007 Sentra. The parts department didn't have one, but they called a local auto parts store and told me they had it. It was on my way home, so that worked. Before I lef department didn't have one, but they called a local auto parts store and told me they had it. It was on my way home, so that worked. Before I left, I asked Barry (customer service) whom I've never met before (my first time in the new dealership) whether I had to pull the entire assembly out to change the bulb (as the owners manual says) or whether it was easier. He came out to my car immediately, showed me how to disconnect the bulb connector, and when he couldn't get the bad bulb out of the connector, went back inside and brought out a mechanic who showed us both how to remove the bulb, and did so. All I had to do was buy the new bulb, replace it in the connector, and put that back in the assembly. The total cost was the $14.00 I paid for the bulb and about 5 minutes to put it all together. Barry and the mechanic asked for nothing. It was an excellent service experience, and since I am an operations manager in charge of customer service, I appreciate that very much. Thank you. More
